XO Marriage is a non-profit organization headquartered in Southlake, TX. Through XO Marriage Conferences, podcasts, online content, and marriage-enriching resources, our mission is to see the marriage rate increase, the divorce rate drop, and a generation of children set up for success.
Summary of Position
XO Marriage is looking for a Program Coordinator to support two departments, the Church Partnership program and the Events Team. This role collaborates on planning, administrative details, and marketing efforts as it pertains to the Church Partnership team and the Events team.
This individual is highly organized and able to handle themselves well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. They have excellent communication skills and a knowledge of the non-profit and church world. They are confident in themselves and their work but are never afraid to learn something new. The candidate is expected to have the ability to multitask, complete assigned tasks, and communicate progress as required. We’re seeking someone who is task-driven and possesses strong organizational skills.
Collaborates with the Event team on planning, administrative details, and marketing efforts for all XO Marriage Events.
Maintains and updates Brushfire Event Pages.
Serves as a liaison between XO Marriage and outside venues and vendors.
Assists in coordinating outside speaking engagements for in-house speakers.
Collaborates with the Church team on planning, administrative support, and marketing efforts for the XO Church partnership program.
In-and-out of state travel required roughly between 8-10 times per year.
Assists in other areas as required.

Calm and comfortable in fast paced environments.
High organizational skills.
Physically able to handle long event days and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Strong computer literacy. (Mac OS, Gmail, Word, Excel, Slack, Google Doc. etc.)
College Degree(s) and/or experience seen as a plus, but not required.
