What is the Senior Leaders Vision Retreat?
This private, invitation only event is designed to give you and your spouse time to be together as a couple to rest, recharge and receive encouragement for your marriage alongside other senior pastors and ministry leaders. Jimmy and Karen will lead couples on a journey into the areas of spiritual and personal growth, preparation, and vision for their marriage and family.
Is travel included?
While this event has been graciously underwritten by the generosity of our XO Church Partners, travel associated costs are not included. If invited, you must be able to secure your own travel to and from the event.
What excursions are available?

What is the weather like in Scottsdale in January?
In January, the average high is 67 degrees with a low of 37 degrees. Some meals will be outside so pack accordingly.
